LEADERSHIP WOMAN FOOTBALL (LWF), arises out of the need of promoting the leadership and visibility of women in every area of football: decision-making, management, technical, sporting, legal and academic.

Our platform: LWF, is a global tool to share Know-how with every stakeholder of the football world supporting gender diversity. Our congress, Leadership Congress for Women in Football, has become an international reference and is LWF’s main event.
